Payment terms are established in individual project contracts. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with progress payments due at specified milestones, and final payment upon project completion and client acceptance.
Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site conditions, client changes, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties on materials and workmanship are detailed in individual project contracts and vary by service type.
Monello Landscape Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Clients grant Monello Landscape Industries reasonable access to the property for project execution. We maintain comprehensive insurance and follow safety protocols, but clients must ensure the property is reasonably safe for our crews to work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
