Joe’s roots as a landscaper run deep. Early in his High School days, he began cutting lawns in his spare time, providing early evidence of his spirit as an entrepreneur. He continued that work throughout his time at Rutgers University, where he earned a degree in Environmental Planning and Design. In 1996, Joe was able to turn his passion for horticulture and design into a reality by establishing Monello Landscape Industries. With his hands-on leadership approach, attention to detail and eye for natural beauty, Joe has committed the company to providing the most knowledgeable, innovative, and skilled work available. Thanks to him, Monello Landscape Industries is able to provide both the highest quality work and experience.
As an innovator, Joe has seen to it that his team members are not only exceptionally well qualified, but also very well prepared with the most current, technologically advanced equipment available. Account Manager
Cameron Freeman manages accounts in the landscape field, working closely with our clients to ensure that every project meets their expectations. His role involves coordinating with clients, overseeing project progress, and guaranteeing that our landscaping services are of the highest quality.
Cameron’s passion for horticulture and dedication to top-notch service stem from his hands-on experience with our company. Starting as a lawn crew foreman, he gained a deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of landscaping, which now allows him to relate well to the challenges his team faces and to provide valuable insights into client needs.
In addition to his account management duties, Cameron also handles many of our smaller landscape designs, particularly for plantings that don’t require a full design consultation. His focus is on creating layouts and selecting plants that align with the client’s vision while considering factors like climate, sun conditions, and maintenance requirements.
Cameron is always up for any task at hand and approaches every challenge with a problem-solving mindset. His commitment to delivering the best possible product ensures that our customers receive exceptional service, every time.
